2. The buyer is responsible for providing a valid email address.

5. Validity Period

1. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. After the expiration of the validity period, the voucher becomes void and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

6. Redemption Conditions

1. Services: Redemption of the voucher requires prior reservation at the rental location or on the website.
2. Products: The voucher can be used for the purchase of products available in stock or by special order.

7. Partial Redemption

1. The voucher can be redeemed partially.
2. Any unused amount remains available on the voucher until its expiration.

8. Voucher Transfer
